For this project I'd like to create a "meta-form" making obvious, extremely annoying, mistakes in form design to get across to anyone looking at the things that shouldn't be done/commonly are done.
Things like making line spacing so small that writing in blanks is virtually impossible, contradictory information.

This will be pretty funny. As long as you do it in as exaggerated way as possible so readers just don't think you didn't design well. You could have a lot of fun with this.

This would be a good way to show students commonly made mistakes when using forms. By humorously depicting poor form design, you could encourage people to design new forms in more usable and creative ways.
