Project Log 11: Gaining Momentum

Lots of progress has been made. Over the break I got some preliminary slides ready for a video display of the new features being added to the Parlor Press site and I've also had a couple conceptual breakthroughs as well. Permission issues with webforms have now been solved and except for a few tweaks that are left to be made are fully functional. Permissions were attended to with a couple module additions and the use of block visibility options which are really easy to control. Also, I decided that the submission process would be the key point to begin data integration with the system, so I added a submission entry form that allows online submissions to be filtered directly through the site. Now an editor role can be created with results access to these submission forms, making editorial management a lot more convenient and accessible. If things keep going strong, there should be a pretty good finished product by the time everything is due.
